You can't be serious?
Well, someone said that our Newsdesk format would make a good little cookbook, so we are just testing out the theory. This was going to be our Download section with, no doubt, lots of PDFs and things on global warming and water shortages and, yes, civilisation is generally doomed. But hey! Let's eat. For example, if all the flour in the world was used to make Yorkshire Puddings you'd have a mass twice the size of the earth and we could all live happily everafter.
Seriously though, when we ran Springstone as a guest house our innovative vegetarian 'cuisine' was highly acclaimed in all the respected publications of the day. Indeed, our vegetarian lasagne recipe won a Vegetarian Society award.
But let's not get too serious, eh? Here we love good food and enjoy cooking. We're not afraid to experiment and have come up with lots of dishes along the way, many of which have become favourites.
So ... we'll put a few here to share with you - until we come up with a better use for this link button.
